2009 Tattoo Poster

May 20, 2009, Halifax, NS: This year's poster was designed by renowned Tattoo Graphic Designer, Ken Webb.

It features the Maple Leaf encompassing the flags of all the nations that have taken part in the Tattoo over the past 30 years. As always it has a very simple text - showing only the venue, the dates and the name.

The Tattoo Posters have become collectors' items, and they frequently disappear into people's Rec Rooms shortly after being distributed. This is something that the Tattoo is very proud of. In 2009 we will be circulating two posters, the traditional one and a further four thousand smaller ones. It is anticipated that these will be as eagerly collected as the larger ones.

The second poster, another Ken Webb creation, features a trumpet and the flags of the nations taking part this year.
