Learning from the best

Young gymnasts in Nova Scotia, Canada, will have the opportunity to learn from members of the prestigious Estonian gymnastics school, Club Piruett. The troupe will be re-offering their popular educational workshop for children, youth and adults while they perform at the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo.

The Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo is known affectionately as “Canada’s best-kept secret” and Club Piruett is quickly becoming an audience favourite. From their touching contemporary dance scenes, to their incredible gymnastics, Club Piruett captivates the more than 60,000 people who attend the Nova Scotia Tattoo every year.

Shortly after their appearance at the Nova Scotia Tattoo last year, Club Piruett’s Elite Team beat out 80 international gymnastics club and won the internationally-acclaimed Grandi Trophy. “It came as no surprise to us,” said Nova Scotia Tattoo Artistic Director Ian Fraser. “We showcase the world’s best and that includes Estonia’s Club Piruett.”
