Talentholdet

Talentholdet is contagious with its joy and energy in a tremendous show, based on the world-renowned Danish tradition of gymnastics. Talentholdet Gymnasts range in age from 10 to 21 and they train up to three times a week in KoldingHallerne. Talentholdet consists of 31 selected elite gymnasts  The team consists of talented girls and boys from KIF Spring Team - a division of KIF Gymnastics. The KIF Spring Team consists of about 400 active jumping athletes in 10 teams. They train 2 to 3 times a week. This includes also the home or weekend workouts to stay in shape for performances and shows.
